 Computer Program SG2win

Schedules

One of many useful functions of the present program is the ability to define standard schedules of the guards' rounds, specifying the proper sequence and time of reading out checkpoints during the round. It is possible to define up to 255 schedules for each group of checkers. Each of them can comprise up to 340 events (of checkpoints readouts). According to the schedule every round must begin and end with the readout of a point which was given a status of a round point for this schedule.
Besides it is possible to specify the time which should elapse from the end of the previous round to the beginning of a selected one and make use of the function of automatic random selection of a schedule by the checker according to which the next round should be made.
The first 16 schedules can be saved in the checker which allows making rounds according to the schedules also without the need of using a computer - a checker itself makes an analysis of events saved in its memory and prints out a selected type of error report. In addition in case of occurring incompatibility of a round with the established schedule it will signal an error already at the moment of reading out checkpoints.

Reports

The program allows quick making many types of very useful and clear reports according to your needs.
For example to get a report of all the events it is sufficient only to:

1. select from the list of accessible reports of events the demanded kind of a report.
2. specify the requested range of a report and to indicate whether it is to comprise the events concerning all the checker users or a selected one.

3.The window of Report will be displayed in which it is necessary to select whether the report is to be saved in the form of an export file or prepared for print in the abbreviated or full form.

4. The program window will be displayed that contains a selected report in such a form in which it can be printed out or saved in a file form

5. "Report of Errors in the Rounds" is another often used report.
The way of getting is similar to the one previously presented and it enables you in a simple and quick way to find whether the work of supervised persons undergoes correctly.

A computer itself will make an analysis of all the records read out from the checkers and make a list containing exclusively recorded beginnings and endings of respective rounds with undesirable events placed among them (if they were not in conformity with appropriate schedules of the rounds
A short summary of the report is an additional facility in a supervisor's work.
